Proof of Annual Tax Filing | Internal Revenue Service (irs.gov).

• Gross receipts normally ≤ $50,000 can file 990-N online e-postcard.

• Gross receipts normally < $200,000 need to file 990 EZ.

Membership dues - paid to OKPTA through your unit's Givebacks site with a minimum of 20 memberships. You must initiate the payment.

​​

Four Officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer per bylaws) listed in your unit's Givebacks site, all with membership for the current school year.
